Good catch if OP didn't infact just get fobbed by Milos

Which is essentially what Palumbo does.

I've known someone irl get a plan from Palumbo, someone post one up on here that they got from Palumbo and seen a couple elsewhere

And all of them were identical

Very generic drug plan that rotates every 6 weeks (eq switched for deca ect) low dose dbol to avoid appetite issues

Same meal plan and a C&P supp plan basically just offloading a load of species nutrition, nothing tailored at all.

The only exception was John Effer on B&C before it got shut down but he has promise as a competitor

It's disappointingly not that uncommon for the big names to put the lion's share of their focus into the promising clients.

It's understandable to have some similar base plans to issue before you get to know the client and how they respond but when it's all direct quotes it's just laziness and outright poor service.
i was speaking to a client last night on this subject as before me he had worked with some decent big names in the US and he found them to be awful with the plans and feedback, he actually said one had said to him you cannot grow on less than 1g of any and all compounds for a cycle.

Would the top pros be training and eating like this plan? Even if all those meals were crisps I'd still find it impossible.
Big amateurs and Pros eat a lot the ones I know certainly do not have plans as complicated as this one, the problem is that everyone thinks there is a special secret ingredient to being huge so a nutrition plan or even a training plan that is not overly complicated would disappoint someone paying a good name guy thousands for coaching.

Look at people like James hollingshead and how he eats and trains. Simple, solid nutrition and hard training with the basics.
