I got that email too and it’s from a different address. Not startmail anymore and only one L so I’m wondering too

How did they get the real regals contact list to email their customers is the real question?

OK, the site is not hosted conventionally, it's behind an AI driven wall, it'll take a day or two to find out who's behind it and not going to post anything until I've spoken with him directly out of courtesy and respect.

The prices look correct, the postage too, it's his list but with 3 extras I don't believe he has and had no intention of providing in the near future.

Perhaps it is legit and he's clearing stock...

I can't do it for reasons I can't post, but if someone makes an order and receives payment details, if you DM me any 1 letter from the first name and any 3 from the second name (fill the rest with *) I will confirm if it's correct. Don't post on here, DM me. Obviously don't make the payment until you know it's legit. Anyone can do a dummy order and not buy anything. Someone with a reasonable post count and reputation please.

I notice both the email and website use regalabs, not regallabs (double L). Someone on here will confirm, but my understanding is that the first has been used by scammers in the past, he uses the second, I may be wrong.

Both the email and the website are fake and a scam.

I spoke with him directly 3 minutes ago.

He apologises to everyone who got the scam email. There's nothing he or anyone else can do to stop it.

Please do not send me any DMs regarding payment details, just ignore the site.

The added items are from his own old list, with the old prices, which is where they got the info from.

The pharma item listed as out of stock, was at the time of that list but is in stock now.

Thanks for the info. I got alarm bells when the payment details were different. I asked about that and was told by the fake regal that I might have used other payment details before which he sent me but those weren’t the ones I used either.

Steer massively clear. Had emails within 10 minutes of not paying the invoice due to reading these messages just in time (thank you). Extremely shady behaviour and all subsequent messages were extreme red flags. Avoid big time.
