14 weeks

300 - NPP
300 - Test
100 - Tren E (Week 1-10)

I’m going to hit legs EOD.

Realistically, could I add 2 inch to my Quads and 1/2 inch to my Calves in this period ? I’ve no idea how much bigger my legs would look with those dimensions, but a few inch seems reasonable within 3.5 months with AAS assistance.

Thanks

If you really want to pack on the mass tren can be good but it’s so efficient at nutrient partitioning that you have to feed beyond comprehension!
Imo test/bold/npp would be a better option with a sprinkle of anadrol, gh and slin.
Ultimately training heavy enough for you to recover and feeding the process will be key.
How is your training split? DC method along with a solid food regimen would serve you well. Something I found that really had my quads go mad was heavy db Bulgarian split squats, obviously along with barbell back squats. I’m not going to say it isn’t possible but maintaining high food intake will be the most challenging aspect. Tren can hamper with digestion, as will orals but if you were to cycle anadrol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for example you could offset much of the toxicity and stress. It really is down to how well you can eat though no matter what drugs you decide to use. This would make for an interesting log dude.

Thanks for such a detailed reply. Started my split Monday

D1 - Legs (with PT to push me to my absolute limits)
D2 - Chest, Back & Triceps
D3 - Legs (Quad & Calf)
D4 - Tricep & Shoulders
D5 - Legs (Standard BB leg day)
D6 - Biceps & Chest

3 on, 1 off & Repeat

My goal is lean tissue development of my upper chest, side delt, biceps, triceps and legs.

My front delts are hugely overdeveloped so I look good, but no mass on my arms really. Or upper chest.

I’ve never tried to grow them. This is my first real forte into serious leg growth. I’ve always just done 1 half assesd session a week. Now I’m completely committed. I’ve even hired a PT for 14 weeks to put me through hell once per week.

Indeed. Depending

Indeed. Splitting it up with a quad focused day and a ham focused day.
This is where I feel DC method comes in to its own, two on one off or two on two off. Quick intense sessions. I’m all about Mike Mentzer, at least when I was a tad younger and didn’t have a zillion kids!

Based on the observations I have access to, most people with a few cycles under their belt will find their rate of muscle protein accretion will be around 5g/day max on AAS only. That's about 15g of muscle weight per day.

That will be 2kg of "muscle" over 20 weeks.

Go to the shop and look at what 2kg of fillet steak looks like, imagine flattening it out and strapping that all over your body in a meat suit. That is basically how much size you will gain on an appropriately dosed 20 week cycle.

It will be noticeable out not huge and that's why it takes a decade to get massive.

Consistency is the key. Then diet and training. Taking drugs thinking it'll add inches to your legs is daft as fook. Logically it means adding an inch or more everywhere else too. And I'm assuming you don't train legs properly or progressively to be here anyway.

So no. Highly unlikely. And you won't stick to 4 days a week either. Or if you do intensity will be very very very low.

Stop looking for a magic fix and get back to basics. Train hard. Train consistently. Eat. Grow.

As others have said mate, there is no quick fix. Like one forum member has stated, it can takes years. It took Arnie 10 years to get to the size he was. Some people's legs are slow to develop too. You haven't given the dimensions of your legs, they may be not that bad and it's all in your mind. I don't know if you could put inches on your legs in that period as I have no experience with steroids, but I would think it would be longer. If you have never trained your legs they may respond to the training initially, so see how you go.

Thank you so much for the positive advice. I decided to change things to

Workout 1 - Legs (With PT to hammer them smartly)
Workout 2 - Chest & Bicep
Workout 3 - Triceps and Shoulder
Rest
Workout 4 - Quads, Calfs & Back
Workout 5 - Biceps & Chest
Workout 6 - Legs
Rest
Workout 7 - Tricep, Back & Shoulders

Repeat. This way, I am getting a good amount of rest between my Legs and still running a program that's aimed at goals.

I will measure my legs Monday and report back (Pre warning, they are shockingly bad)
