Good morning

Due to low Test and other symptoms like fatigue and low libido, I started self TRT. I was on 1ml/250mg of sustanon every two weeks. This was for a duration of 9 months. Due to some reasons, one of them to try for another baby, I stopped taking Test.

My PCT was HMG 75iu for 7 days, daily injection then 1 month of 50mg clomid then 14 days of Nolvadex 20mg.

after that, all my hormones came back to normal, but low test of course 13 nmol/l.

This was in April/May.

No pregnancy, so I visited the Endocrinologist last week and he repeated the blood work plus semen analysis, which came back very bad. I saw him today and he prescribed pregnyl 5000iu per week for a period of three months and said let’s check after that.

‘what your thoughts on that? I think I did not do a proper PCT cuz I didn’t know what I was doing, but all my levels came back to normal.

He said your TRT suppressed your test but no way it’s gonna change the anatomy of the sperms.

Please find the results below.

Cheers
Ahmad

Your semen results aren't terrible.

20 million per ml gives you a total count of 90 million sperm

Factor in 20% overall motility. That's 18 million motile sperm in total.

16 million sperm per ml is considered normal and 1.5ml total volume also considered normal. So a normal total concentration could be as low as 24 million sperm. If you then Factor 42% of that number needs to be motile for a normal sample that's 10 million motile sperm.

You have more than that so I'd say that although your total motility is low by %, total actual motile sperm is perfectly within normal parameters which is helped by having more than 16 million sperm per ml and more than 1.5ml ejaculate overall.

More time will improve the results but they are far from abysmal
