Wondering if anyone here using L-Carnitine?
Worthy spending your money on it?

And if yes, when do you take it?

TIA.

Dog Shite regardless wether in pill form, liquid or anything else. Just eat less calories. If there is any benifit from L Carnatine Then I recon if you ate 10 less calories a day you would see the same benifit. Save your money in my opinion.
Can relate to that and eating less calories. Wanted to see if difference is significant.

Injectable version in particular is very good.
Either while fasting am and or an hour pre workout.
Mike makes a good point though. There are so many bits n bobs we can eat/pop/jab that it gets to the point where you have so much focus on supplements that you forget what you are actually trying to achieve, if you understand me.
I think if you are someone that uses minimal supps then something like L carnitine is a good addition but maybe if you’re already stacked up to the nines with multiple supps it might just be adding more shit than is warranted.
I’ve previously used an injectable one from savage supplements whom also do a few other funky bits.
Thanks.
I am on creatinine and protein shakes only. And standard multivitamins.
Also, I was referring to capsules having liquid form (myprotein website).
Their recommendations are to take b/w meals so that might be linked to increasing metabolism to burn fat.
Interesting to hear that there are injectable version and wonder what is benefit of that?
