How come every c**t's way of life is to step over ÂŁ50 notes to pick up 50p pieces? ****wits.

Mate my dyslexia is strong today, kept reading that as

Just watched your video bro. Didn't expect your voice to sound like that lol. I thought you'd have a cockney accent for some reason lol. And a bed to lie down on between sets haha. Sometimes wish I had one of those in the gym.

I tried reducing rest time between sets. Turned out to be a cardio workout. On a 5x10, I'd flounder and then reduce the kg.

Sets and form turned to s**t; 5 here, 7 there.

To get 10 reps, I need to rest 1-2 mins.

I've also given up lately on all-out mass - fvucking wrist joints, elbow joints prevent low-rep, heavy work. This is with Naprozen or deca or fish oil (but it fixes itself naturally in the summer EVEN on 50 winnie).

Basically I have two lives: For GMT Nov-March I am fatter and wetter. For BST April-Oct I'm harder and drier. f**k all can be done apart from train and eat around it. Luckily I'm not yet at the stage where I can;t do certain compounds eg squats.
