How aggressively can you cut on test and Winstrol?

Hi,

Just doing 250mg test ew and 50mg Winstrol ed.

Strength is good even though I'm in a slight defecit. Still loads of fat to drop although the Winstrol has done a good job of stripping the water away.

Wondering how many pounds per week or cals per day I can drop before I lose muscle?

Thanks

Mate, there's so many variables to this question, that it's not even worth answering. Not the answer you want to hear, but any nominal response you're given is just luring you into a false impression about what to expect. Just go balls out, when fat loss stalls either up cardio, lower cals by 1-200 calories and keep going.

What I mean is do you still risk losing everything even though you may still be lifting heavy, going high on protein and using compounds to promote muscle retention?

Not looking for exact cals to drop but more like how much protection the above would afford someone on a cut.

Lmao at anyone fearful of actual muscle loss tissue on that amount of gear (unless you're very advanced).

People just can't hack it, and then panic like mad when they see deflation from no carbs, glygogen depletion and think they're losing actual tissue - you're not/won't.

200g+ protein and 1500-2000 cals (whatever you can hack) with your usual lifting and xardio 3-5x a week.

Throw in some ECA to battle energy/hunger and t3 as well.

You will not lose muscle doing this for 4-6 weeks.

Even IF you saw acual real tissue loss.. You will look 10x better leaner and appear more muscular. It would be so minimal and gained back within a very short term once entering a surplus (and similar gear etc)

Amen to that!

To be fair I suffered the same panic then first time I went on a hard cut. The flatness from glycogen depletion is unreal. Soon comes back though within a week when you up cals and carbs.

Certainly aren't risking it all on test mate. Test and lifting heavy (as in 3-8 reps) should ensure you don't lose much strength and maybe a ''little'' muscle. How much that is, is anybody's guess, and different people will drop weight in different ways and at different speeds on the exact same deficit. Just the beauty and the beast of us having unique genetic makeup. The more drastic the deficit, then the more likely the muscle/weight loss. I would imagine anything over 1000 cal deficit even on test will see ''some'' negative weight loss, but if you kept it nice and steady, dropping cals every few weeks by 2-300 cals, you'd be ok.

Losing muscle is a lot harder than you may think, especially when using synthetic test.

However losing size and strength is something that will definitely happen.

I usually lose about 1" on my arms and and anything up to 5" on my waist, hardly anything on my legs, but I do store a fair bit in my glutes.

The physiological effects of a cut can be the hardest part for some people, takes me a while to get used to being smaller.

I actually have two lots of clothes in the wardrobe for both bulk and cut.

However, to address your question - the way to lose fat below 10% or so without significant muscle loss is to do it a lot slower.

A fairly well known study looked at maximal rate of fat loss in hypophagia (a fancy word for reduced intake).

They found that roughly 31.4 KCal can be extracted per day per lb of fat. As your total body fat mass decreases, the total amount of KCal that can be extracted from your body per day decreases, and therefore the tighter your deficit has to be to avoid FFM loss.

its person dependent mate some can do 6 weeks aggressive cut and it works others will do 12 to 18 weeks slowly lowering cals. dont worry bout muscle loss on steds. just keep protein high and keep upping cardio more. see how it works 4 u. el chapo said winstrol is fine to run 12 weeks with liver protection so stick to ur cycle. u could add t3 and clen but i found them hell
