Hi guys, I'm in a bit of a pickle trying to source ancillaries that actually work!

So I'm 2 weeks into my first blast(500mg Test C, split EOD), been on trt for a while beforehand.
I have a low threshold for gyno which I've learnt through my TRT so I made sure to have aromasin and tamoxifen at hand.
Long story short, I've used 3 different types of tamoxifen, one kind of aromasin and another arimidex. All of which haven't touched my gyno.
I'm almost certain it's all bunk. I ran 40mg of tamoxifen/day and felt no relief or side effects from the drug. Aswell as that I did aromasin 25mg/day for a week and still had puffy nipples and no low e2 sides. Moved to the arimidex, so far 6 days into that, 4 days of 0.5mg and 2 of 1mg and still no relief, low e2 signs or anything!
I've tried a reputable seller on telegram for "pharma grade", and two different websites from eroids top 5 UK domestic list.
I've now ordered from a well known chineese seller on meso but that could quite easily be bunk and will take a while to come
I don't even know where to go from here, gyno is developing and I'm pretty sure I'm getting ripped off everywhere I go.
If anyone has any idvice I'd really appreciate me, feel free to DM too.
