Dosing Anadrol PM over AM?

I've got some Anadrol I'm tempted to run on my next bulk. Ran it previously and as long as I keep calories clean, sodium intake down and stay well hydrated I don't get too many issues in the way of bloat.

The main downside to it for me has always been appetite suppression and lethargy. I'm thinking of dosing it at night to get around this, has anyone on here every used orals pre bed? The half life is 9 hours so if I take it at 9.30pm, I'll still have a good 25mg in my system when I wake.

All thoughts and opinions welcome 👍🏼

Edit: Thoughts on water retention too? Anadrol is a DHT derivative but still causes water retention due to its effect on sodium retention and I'm aware it can bind to estrogen receptors. How can you combat this? AI doesn't have an effect.

I have no idea if this is the same for anyone else but I get really bad appetite suppression on any orals. I found that it gives me like a silent reflux where I don’t have heartburn but it really suppresses my appetite. I take over the counter omeprazole just supermarket own brand and it works a treat. Might not work for you but definitely does for me.

Anadrol is an oral DHT with just 8-9hrs half-life, so if you want to have any benefits from ith you need to take it at least twice a day, and never before bed, it will raise your heart beat! Take one in the morning, one pre-workout. Adrol is a great pre-workout stimulant!

Yes, it is well known that it “can” suppress appetite, but experiences vary from person to person. I, for example, have never noticed this.

Even though Anadrol does not aromatize into estradiol (or any other form of estrogen) it can cause estrogenic side-effects, such as water retention, moodiness, acne and even gynecomastia. So take an eye on that. Unfortunately, AI's do not stop its effects so one must use SERMs to block gyno if it occurs when using it.

Like I said, everybody reacts different und different compounds.

Going beyond the half-life can work because the substance is still in the blood, but shouldn't you handle the intake correctly with a toxic substance like Anadrol? Test E also has a half-life of 5-7 days. If I only injected it every 2-3 weeks, I would have more concentration in my blood, but there would be fluctuations, and depending on the person, this can cause a lot of side effects. That's why I would personally take Anadrol once before training and once in the morning to get the best possible results. Taking it only once a day and then before going to bed may be beneficial in terms of feeling “fewer” side effects, but if that's the goal, I would skip it altogether and resort to safer methods. I know not everyone shares this opinion...

Yes it's not false, I understand what you mean, but it's also not the way to go with it.
My goal is to always maintain a stable concentration of AAS in the blood.

Take it an hour pre-workout with your stimulant/pre-workout of choice.

The side effects won't hit until after you've been in the workhouse and bladdered yourself and the stims are wearing off, by which point feeling sick and fatigued is normal.

More tactical based solutions are available on request chaps.
