Does Boldenone (Equipoise) reduce E2 (Estradiol)? I've seen some blood work and I see high E1 (Estrone) levels and low E2 levels. Does it reduce or block estrogen or it just converts all of into E1? I would like to run boldenone if it has anti estrogen properties. And also does it enlarge the prostate if used with higher testosterone?

generally speaking, the process of amplification to DHT is what appears to cause the DHT like effects on things like hairline, body hair growth, voice changes, prostate volume. DHT like substances which cannot amplify via 5ar and are modified in such a way that reduces their androgenicity carry a lesser impact on prostate etc.

boldenone cannot amplify via 5ar in the human body (or at least to such low levels it is insignificant), its structural changes mean it is lessened in androgenicity, so it is more prostate friendly on a mg for mg basis than testosterone or DHT on paper.

bear in mind tho, that something that is half as androgenic, taken at multiple factors higher, is likely to still cause androgenic issues and you should assume that all AAS taken in abusive doses are not prostate or hairline friendly.

Does that mean that I should avoid DHT derivatives then or just use them at a very low dose?
Absolutely. Anything beyond TRT carries a risk and it's not very healthy. When you think about it every AAS has it's own set of side effects and impacts the body in it's own way. We just figure out what kind of side effects we want to deal with. Thanks for responding. It's very helpful and I appreciate it.

I will avoid DHT derivatives then (except primo & anavar) and stick to testosterone, boldenone, nandrolone and trenbolone. Saw a study that showed that tren (even though it's very androgenic) caused less prostate hypertrophy compared to testosterone. Thank you for your responses @godsgifttoearth!

Ok. Just to repeat this as you seem to be missing this point. ANYTHING YOU TAKE IN SUFFICIENT QUANTITIES IS GOING TO CAUSE GROWTH OF ANDROGEN SENSITIVE TISSUE.

total dosage of any cycle, then throwing in TREN or anything else PREVENTS TISSUE SPECIFICITY.

Therefore, ANY CYCLE YOU TAKE, because the dosing is multiple factors above baseline levels (read the dosing used with the TREN) will cause growth of androgen sensitive tissues. IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. YOU CANNOT PREVENT IT. Therefore you accept this or do not do steroids.

Do you think that 2:1 (Testosterone to Boldenone) ratio is good enough to avoid low E2? Or maybe even 3:1? I've seen people complain about crashed E2 on 1:1 ratio.
And also an off topic question: do you think that high estrogen helps build more muscle (with high testosterone) compared to normal estrogen levels and high T?
