So i once and for all have decided to cut down to about +-15% bf just to have a clean base to lock in a lean bulk and start packing on size. My plan was to do a quick defecit, like a semi agressive cut.

For refrence im 18yo 180cm and before the cut i was about +-75kg,i was planning on doing a 600-800kcal defecit starting with 600( so about 2000kcal and 150g protein per day). My goal for gym was doing 20min cardio almost everyday and track all my lifts( like allways)but just to maintain my strength to not loose muscle etc.

For the first 2 weeks it was acually easy, the not eating part was the best and easiest i wighed all my food and tracked it all and it was nothing hard. The only problem with it was the gym, i got like 0 pumps and wasnt the strongest, but after starting to take a bit of salt,2 bananas and 2ricecakes and 400mg cafein 30 min before workout it was alright.

Today was my first real struggle in gym, regarding my strength not my diet. Usually i benched like 72.5kg-5,4,3 times and maintainted that for like3-4 push days but now i could only get it 3,2 times, maybe cuz i was a bit tired becauase i was swimming before on the beach but i countinued to do my workout as best as possible.

In short my goal for this post was just to update my progress and ask for some tips regarding this whole situation. I will show some progress pics regarding the cut.

PS- I cant wait for the bulk to start enjoying the gym again...(first pic was july 2.) View attachment 255916

Keep in mind i was fasted asf in the seccond photo so its pretty much 50% of the progress look over there but i can see the progress in general. a lot more striations on my delts etc.
You look a lot better in the second photo! I just don't get how you put on all the extra weight and then have diet it off. You are not consuming McDonald's and stuff like that are you? Get back to the gym with your Upper/Lower split (4 days a week). Train correctly going to failure on the last set of each exercise. Go swimming on your gym days off for cardio.... Progress a Lean Bulk, then you are not dieting every few months. Read up on it and progress the Lean Bulk correctly. It is no more than 300 calories above your maintenance. Healthy food too!! Make sure you get plenty of Protein, at least 1.8g per Kg of bodyweight. Stay hydrated, muscles like hydration not dehydration! Stop bothering over your testosterone level, it is not at it's maximum yet, that will be upwards of 21 years old. With the Lean Bulk, you keep training with no need to diet, so you should grow with the constant training... I have never had to diet, just trained and my waist was less than 30" ten years older than you are now. Get down that gym and train consistently and for a long time, no stopping either! Make sure you get your sleep too!

Sorry for the delay in answering!
