CRITIQUE CYCLE TEST TREN HGH

New here

Got a couple cylces under my belt, current weight is about 93 kgs lean at 172 cm

Looking to add some serious mass. Diet is in place 4000-5000 calories a day and gym routine is

Chest arms
Legs
Back Shoulders
rest
repeat

Thinking of doing

1000g-1500g test e per week
200mg tren e per week
3-4 IU HGH ED

Total 12 weeks.


What do you guys think about doing high test and low tren approach like this when bulking? Is this a good approach?

12 weeks is too short a time period to add "serious mass" IMHO. I'd push that to 16 weeks minimum.

big difference between 1 and 1.5g test

big difference between 4 and 5k kcals

Would you not run NPP or decca instead of low dose tren

Given your doses you are way more advance than me anyway and I dont train for mass so can ignore my post but i would look at possibly 16 weeks if you can push it and depends on your matience you could be eating below it some days and over the next given the massive variation in kcals

Only thing to control with high test would be the estro conversion - cycle I’m on now is going to be a chance to see if high test is for me.

2 compounds so not the kitchen sink thrown in. Low dose tren, all the benefits and potentially none of the sides if it sits well with you. Could even half the tren to begin with or add it in later to let the high test do the work from the off and see what tren brings later on.

5k kcals training, 4k none training days for the food intake ?

get a log going because id certainly follow for the high test feedback 🤝🏻

Never done 1500, on 1000mg I have usually done 0.5 mg adex on pinning days, two days a week, and more if I needed to sometimes, and maybe some proviron. Idk how much difference it will be on 1500 mg. Was thinking of pinning 3x a week and taking 0.5 mg 3x at first and see how it goes..?
