When you're truly peeled, the smallest of things/changes can cause water retention that you'd not normally notice, but do because you're lean enough to see it.
Could be the cialis, could be that you're coming down with something. Could just be your body not happy with two torn hamstrings, increased stress buidking up etc.

Cheers mate, i have been here before when competing so i should no better but its been a minute lol a quick google does indicate that it can cause it especially as a newbie to it, and like you say small things show when your peeled, so i'll lay off it for now and asses, my body will be under some serious stress these last few weeks so i probably just need a rest, more food going in next week and less cardio may dry me out a bit and ease stress on the body.

 

Low e2 causes water retention too when prolonged. Cialis lowers estrogen, so that could be part of it if you have any DHTS in there too already doing their e2 thing.

Remove the cialis and see, should take 3-5 days to dropout.

(I am very well versed in low e2 as i barely aromatise and i cant take cialis because it literally gives the same sides as adex, except my dick gets some benefits)

Also could just be a myriad of things like diet etc, but im sure yoy know your own body well enough to pinpoint cialis...

I know vigorous steve says its the number 1 non official ai thing he uses to lower e2 (before adding in exemestane/adex/dhts) more than dim, calcium d glu, tobacco etc.

I had heard it can lower e2 so it could just be that, e2 is a funny one, you pull it out dramatically in peak week to dry out, but as you say prolonged low e2 can cause retention, my libido has been really go throughout so its hard to believe its too low cos it normally zaps my libido when it dips to that point, trail and error, i'll go back to basics and asses at the weekend, little aldactone if needs be.

 

Hated cialis , blocked nose all day and just felt like utter shit, preferred viagra in and out system quicker. Better hardons too on viagra . Both didn’t help gerd tho! Use to suffer bad with it. Now I don’t use ed meds or any sort of sleeping pill also which I was using here n there . No more gerd! Never felt healthier tbf

 

Maybe try 2.5mg EOD or something is a possibility
