Which do you prefer for squating/leg press?

I have some niggling issues on my knee.

Don't let the thickness be a factor mate. What you're looking for is quality. Ideally you want neoprene ones.

I have SBD Elbow and Knee sleeves. They're 7mm and are amazing.

I have used Rehband 3mm knee sleeves too, and they're very good.

I have used Strength Shop Thor knee sleeves (double ply) and they're poor at best in comparison.

If money is a factor then go Rehband. If you've got extra cash then go SBD.

Longevity is key!

5mm is fine, and as said neoprene are best if you are trying to deal with an injury.

The strength shop are not designed for injury, they are assistance devices, and very good for that.

Thanks for that guys. I'll look into the rehband ones.

I just wanted to use them for injury prevention. .. sometimes If I go heavy without sleeves. I can feel a niggling affect on my left knee and upper calve.

I think I'll get the 7mm in rehband

I didn't realise you were a lifter, pal? I thought you were just a random question poster because you were too lazy to search on the internet and join a gym.

I would've thought the niggling knees were from sitting at your computer asking all
