150 vs 300mg test on cut

If 150mg Test preserves muscle on a cut (it has me), is there any need whatsoever to up the dose 250/300mg? (especially while taking 200mg Tren A into account).

Most forum and articles I’ve read state is 300mg is a good Test dose while cutting.

I like idea of low doses for various reasons, but if I’m jabbing 3 days a week anyway (while training hard 5 days a week/dieting hard) and the extra test will make a big difference, I’d like to know!

Nope, some say it can help keep you fuller. But it does depend on how much muscle mass you actually hold, the more you have the more test/AAS you will need to keep it. For most though they aren't going to be getting into contest shape, so a simple cut isn't going to see you lose much if any muscle mass at all.

EDIT - this is considering you are running the tren as well. If it was just 150 test then yeah you would benefit from cutting on 300.

I can comfortably hold my muscle in a deficit on 150 Test if I'm eating and training well. 150 should be fine unless you're freakishly huge.

How experienced are you realistically? The reason I ask is because it seems like a waste to include Tren or anything harsh in a deficit unless you're preparing for a show or trying to peak your physique for some kind of event. If you're just a bog standard bloke who dabbles with gear, you might as well use the bare minimum while you're in a deficit, get your bloods in good order and save the higher doses/harsher drugs for when you're eating more/aiming to build muscle.

I’m the latter to be truthful mate.

My reasoning for low including the dose Tren element was just getting the most from my cut. Cutting is not easy for me.

I find it ridiculously challenging due to having a lifestyle where I enjoy my weekends and eating. I can manage a cut, but I do ****ing hate it, so if tren can help cut more and potentially build a little muscle too, I figured it made sense. I don’t drink alcohol which helps, but I struggle to eat 2500 cals a day.

Just to include, yes you can cut on minimal test for the majority on here, but for some they want added pop to their physique while cutting, just getting lean and being on 125-150mg test you'll look decent but adding something like low dose tren ace will give you that wow factor when you get lean or should i say during the process of getting lean, however there are much less harsh drugs you could use to achieve more pop to your physique.

Thanks for the sound and kind advice lads.

Research shows that Tren does aid with fat loss and-recovery, but you mention this fact on forums and get the same old “steroids dont cut fat, diet does”

It seems fairly obvious that steroids only work with the right diet and training, but I’m not sure why many folk seem to downplay what the research shows in terms of certain compounds and their ability to aid with fat loss.

Tren does aid in fat loss, most dry compounds do, hence why its in the rip 200 blends and why most bbr's take it on contest prep but as we're trying to say, you aren't on contest prep and you aren't trying to preserve big amounts of muscle, fat burning drugs things like ephadrin and clenbuterol etc but 9/10 unless ya trying to get peeled ya don't need them drugs, just hard work, which unfortunately folk don't wanna put in these days!

I took test and tren lost 6 inches off my waist dropped 1 n half stone in fat/water was still eating what I wanted tbf , tren definitely burns through water n fat couldn’t get a great pump or feel full to save my life, everyone’s different tho for me it ate fat and water weight before my eyes

The fella’s said he struggles with adherence on a 2,500 calorie diet. Regardless of which studies are pulled up, Tren isn’t going to magically make you lose fat if you’re not able to keep yourself in a deficit. And it shouldn’t be used as a tool in the sense of ‘okay, I’m on Tren now so I’ve finally got the motivation to stick to this whole 2,500 calories a day thing’.
