What your fav preworkout I’ll tell you mine!!!

I’ve been taking preworouts for a number of years!
I’ve had them all from the first creatine drinks with caffeine to the new ones with creatine-dmea-pump products and alsorts of ingredients that are so strong they transform your workout and now I can’t train without one! How did arnold and those guys get so pumped without preworkout? They had so little and still had the best body’s!

now I have to look for a few things when I pick my PWO.
1. pump
2. Stimulant
3. What it feels like after
I’ve had so many I couldn’t say how many different ones I’ve had but I’ve found the magic bullet and I want to show you guys if you don’t know!
now this may be abit power for some so I would only recommend for people that need more than just grenade or something very hardcore Iwould only recommend if you have a lot of experience with PWOs and your fit and healthy.
Now I’m gonna tell you the best but for the sake of people that don’t need something so hardcore I’m gonna add my second face which is great.

2. Sparta nutrition ICEE
THEY BOTH GIVE AMAZING PUMPS
BUT MVPRE GIVES THE GOD MODE!
Im so shocked that you could be natty or in a competition and take MVPRE it gets me so pumped and no matter how hard I work out I have to get mysef
To leave and stop doing extra sets I don’t need! Afterwards there is no crash and it works after 5 mins for me!
if that’s to much try ICEE it’s my other fav and the pump is 9/10 as good as MVPRE
and before I found MVPRE by chance my go to for years Infact if I work out late or want to take something not as strong as MVPRE I would still take this. Mad thing is I don’t ever feel sore afterwards even if I do squats!!!
how is this legal and is it mega bad for someone to take for every workout?
You have to take it to realise it’s like taking drugs it made me break every record and it’s strange you feel amped and aggressive for weights but calm and not jumpy and on edge after! The taste is quite bad but I don’t care if it’s shit flavour it goes down in one I’m a man if it’s good and does the job one swig isn’t gonna harm anyone. I’ve never had a good PWO that don’t taste rank!!!
pls try it or add what you think of it!I bet they ban it soon as jacked was good but I found it want that good for pump as dmaa causes vasoconstriction this doesn’t it’s insane and I’m stocking up before they ban it !
only fault is it clumps like heck but if you get a knife and smash it round the tub it’s fine!

Coffee, although I don't consider it as a preworkout because I just drink it for enjoyment :)
Not a fan of preworkouts and in fact I've actually never used any of them.
Except one single time one old friend of mine gave me a tub of or should I say remainders of, umm I think it was some Muscletech product. Anyways I finished what was left but didn't notice anything unusual

It tasted good though compared to regular tap water (cherry flavored).
The main point is though if I were to use them it definitely would not be on a regular basis. Only in those days you really need some extra kick in your arse.

When I was in dubai I met this huge dude who is a pro bodybuilder and we start to hang out.

Before the gym it was test no ester. adrol. halo. fast acting slin. and then igf1 into the muscle group training. We most likely had a pre workout supplmnt as well.

i cant remember the dosages but this was his routine every single day and he makes a living off bodybuilding.

Wow that’s extreme! I only do golden era style bodybuilding and cycles because all these new drugs have got everyone dying early when bodybuilding is about health and longevity.
They looked better then no one had looked better than Arnold-zane- nebret etc but they take extra risks to get silly heavy and big.
If your so big you can’t sprint or be functional then what’s the point! 300lb guys look awful and die before 40 a lot!
be careful mate obviously it’s best to be natty but if you got to think about the fact the golden era guys lived long rich lives and these new guys are ticking time bombs 💣

If I'm really tired I'll sip a can of energy drink during training.
how long are your sessions? caffeine takes a good 30-45 mins to kick in so sipping on it through your sessions isn't going to do much for you mate. its all mindset with many these days. i havent used one for years but know lads who cant do a session without one or even more common these days which is not only popular but humorous "leg days only" f*ck me, you need a pre workout to do a heavy leg session? why?
