all different doses ive cruised on dependent on goals and blood work at the time

after my next surgery ill be cruising on 300mg and cutting until strength dips then upping calories and staying on 500mg for the foreseeable future

Apologies for bumping such an old thread but swole troll can you tell me your experience at each of the dosages you mentioned?

I’m trying to cruise on the least amount of test as possible for health reasons but I want to know roughly the ranges that people use.

I know people say between 150-250 and some people cruise on like 300mg and everywhere in between.

Very vague but I want to hear your experience.

Also do you take the ester weight into account or is it just standard that everyone uses enanthate or cypionate? At 70% actual test per dose.
