Planning on doing eq, havent needed an ai for anything over 400 test. If i run 250 test and 400 eq will i likely need an ai? Going to take low dose nolva aswell, due to slight gyno. Typically flares up when i up the test.

Haven't needed an ai for anything over 400 test!? You sure about that? Just because you don't get itchy or sore nips doesn't mean your e2 isn't too high! But you have a little gyno so surely neglecting e2 unless running anything over 400 test isn't a great idea! But to answer your question you'll probably crash your e2 running 250 test with 400 eq i know i would, i'd need 600+ of test with 400 eq just to have a reasonable e2 reading!

Had gyno since a teen, never gotten any worse (permanently), other than flare ups. I could up the test, i just dont want to pin myself more lol and i get really moody on higher test. So maybe i do higher test? Or do i start lower dose on eq and see how goes from there?

The EQ to test ratio will be individual but you defo don't want e2 to be too low otherwise your just killing the gains from the cycle! This is where knowing your body is a good thing, trail and error, see for me if i wanted to run 250 test with 400 eq i'd add 5-10mg dbol into the cycle just to give me some e2 conversion, i use the same theory but the other way around when running a high converting cycle such as high test and deca i'll add some eq or primo to control e2 without the need of an ai.

Don't stress too much about that, most cycles are going to run RBC and hematocrit levels high, just as long as you bring them back down post cycle, unless your cycle is going to be longer than 6 months with really high doses and a care free attitude!
