Stacking options to avoid test bloat?

Had bad face bloating last time I did a cycle of test of 300mg per week - basically advertising I was on gear - not great.

Would it be better to go for a lower test and throw in something complimentary like 100mg of NPP?

Or is it simply a case of throwing in an AI, and if so what protocol?

I'll be honest mate , no one really cares if you're on gear or a pretend natty, it's easy to bloat just based off your diet and no gear so I wouldn't exactly say it's broadcasting you were on gear

Nor does anyone care.

I'd say some diet adjustments are required , but there has also been some solid guidance mentioned above

Root cause (probably diet)
Easy fix - AI
Have you done bloods ?

Electrolyte imbalance / not drinking enough water daily
Holding water depending on body fat and diet
Inflamation
High estrogen
High blood pressure

you need to identify what’s causing the issue.
Being on gear doesn’t always equate to a bloated face, otherwise last week of prep, mr O would look like mr tomato.

the protocol is, get bloods, understand your bloods, address anything that is stand out. Don’t throw anything in until then.

As said above, and adding in NPP definitely won't help.
Will 100% make your bloat worse, I can guarantee that if nothing else changes eg diet/ai use.

Running Test/Nandrone is asking for water retention. As said get your diet clean and drink water. I'd be surprised if you get bad 'bloat' off 300mg of Test.
