Granted the guy in the picture did gain a lot of muscle but his face aged 10 years and he left himself with cystic acne and permanent scars. Would rather just gain the muscle more gradually than at that cost.

While I am not sure whether the guy/DM in the pic is real, but the body on the pics looks awful. He gained a good weight but screw that, the acne is absolutely disgusting. I almost doubt any 'normal' girl will touch him. He looks like HIV free or some sh1t. That's why I don't get people who are juiced up to insane level, their back looks disgusting, and yet they are so proud.
