I’m so bored of eating the same stuff lately, especially snack meals. I’m happy to do a bit of food prep if need be but I’m looking for ideas for grab and go, protein heavy, fridge snacks.

I put 100g protein powder premixed into a shaker and leave it on the fridge. Drink half at a time. But its good to have in there as you can reach for that instead of your Mrs dirty treats.
Or a Huel. I always buy mine in February/ March when everyone who thought it great to start it in the new year, realise it taste like shit and they aren't committed and sell it on Facebook marketplace for 1/5th of the price.
I also have the odd Aldi protein pudding in there. There are some great protein puddings out there and its better tonhave this than other puddings that are full of fat and sugar.
I boil up 10 eggs on a morning and bang in fridge grab a couple at a time. Once they run out I boil up another 10
As someone said Bintong and jerky Is great but expensive. So only tend to get this on the move.
Tub with Tuna and light mayo mixed up with some pepper in the mix. Scoff it down.
Secret is to prepare it all in the morning or night before and its there.
Not saying to consume it all on the same day.
But everyone is high in protein and low in carbs and fat.
Before my ninja Creami, a go to snack would be a scoop of chocolate flavoured whey, a scoop of chocolate flavoured oats, in 250g fat free greek yogurt with some frozen blueberries or sugar free syrup
These at the moment 5 for a fiver in Morrisons and Iceland, 3 for £3 in home bargains, moorish tho so eating too many...
Look big but only 200g tho...
