In the past I have successfully placed 7 orders with Driada Medical, but this time it was completely different.
Order date: April 16, 2025
Shipment status: "Label created" on April 22, but the package was never picked up.
Courier: The Lithuanian Post Office has confirmed that it has never received the package.
Customer support provided inconsistent responses ("customs issues," "holiday delays") without evidence. I was promised a refund weeks ago, but it never arrived despite the constant checks.
Conclusion: I can no longer recommend Driada. Poor communication, no solution. Be cautious.
