Fish versus Olive

Bit of a basic question, but here goes:

If a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil weighs 5g, will it have the same calorific and macronutrient values as 5 capsules of fish oil that weigh 1g each?!

In other words, if one of my meals is 5g short of fats, should I add a tablespoon of EVOO or neck 5 capsules?! - or is there no difference?!
