Advice- cycle at 46 and joints

Recommended Posts

So I've been wanting to get into the gym for a while now after a long break. I have good knowledge of training and diet and have done a few cycles but that was 15 year ago.

Before I jump straight back into it and source the right cycle I'd like advice on using AAS being 46 what are the pros and cons and as I have bad joints probably due to getting old, will the right cycle help my joints or could it make them worse.

Thanks

Ostarine is meant to be good for joints/tendons but then again so is just using them (motion is the lotion, baby).

Only thing to he wary of with ostarine is it will supress you, it won't (or is unlikely) shut you down completely but it will lower Testosterone. Maybe wanna consider that at your ripe old age as you may not recover as well.

It's gonna make the worse if you just stsrt a cycle straight away. Train for a good few months first

Amen.

I would wait. Get used to lifting again, strengthen your muscles, tendons etc. You will have muscle memory and get most of it back.

You can still look decent at your age and not need gear.

You’ll probably find that your joints get better with training. I’m 48. Go back to your favourite old routine and start light and build up.

Edit - I wouldn’t start the cycle immediately. Give it a few weeks
