First day back at the gym thread

 I was up at 4:30 this morning buzzing for it, felt like I was about to go to a rave. 

Got in there, sweet, sweet, camel toe everywhere, kettlebell swingin and squatting. 

Hit the shoulder press, followed by the cables, the pump! I came. 

Oh how I have missed you. 

Come on people, let's hear your tales....

I waited until 8 am to miss the morning rush, place was packed. Loads of new people who've obviously eaten to much this last few months and starting back.

I'll be honest I nearly turned round and left.

Did a light back and biceps. 

Should have just worked out at home. Think it's the future for me. Hate people.

gyms happen to reopen on chest day. I Popped 7 dbols, 2 scoops of pre, cialis tab, half a joint and got a stupid pump. gym was also ridiculously packed for 6am in the morning. hope people fall off as quick as possible. can't be having to wait 10 minutes for a machine because 48 year old bob wants to do 20 sets

My gym has been open to trusted members for a few months now.

Funnily enough, even though we're technically filthy mongrels breaking the covid laws and killing millions daily, i haven't felt this healthy in years.

I just came back from gym. It was a little busy but not too bad. I did everything I wanted and didn't have to wait for anything. 

Also I was one of the people who ate too much last couple months:D

When I heard the date gyms were opening I just thought screw it, I will eat what I want then hammer back into it when gyms open. I still trained in my garage but a couple of times a week and nothing last 2 weeks.

Tomorrow mid morning.

Will be on the heavy bag along with some pull ups/dips/rowing machine and skipping rope to open up the lungs again.

Then start a PPL programme Wednesday that still allows me to train cardio once or twice a week.

Went in, sat on a bench and played on my phone for a bit. Managed to do some curls in the squat rack before getting moaned at for spilling can of Monster on the floor. In the end I went home, got back to bed in ripped the head off it to the pics in @anna1's log.

Made up the gyms are back though!
