Dilema

Hi All, I need your help. 

 

Priory to the Lockdown I was a frequent Gym user, I found it therapeutic and an escapism, like many people on here. During the Lockdown I have put on 10kg of fat and lost a large of muscle. Currently I weigh approx 105kg and I believe my BF is around 25%

 

I have set a goal of  weighing between  88kg - 95kg by the start of August and aim to put back on some muscle.

 

With good nutrition and hard work is this possible, if so could any recommend the best way to achieve this?

Don’t need drugs. Clean your diet up. Aim to be in a deficit of around 250/300calories a day. When weight loss stalls, either increase calorie expenditure or decrease calories slowly. Focus on compound lifts and your body will naturally recomp.
