Tonysco 1050 Posted February 10 Usually its a cup of semolina cooked with water and blueberries, sweetened with a bit of honey. Shake made with 40g whey on the side and a glass of water. The Mrs bought the Weetabix Protein the other day and they are even higher in carbs and protein that the normal ones. £3.19 isn't cheap but Asda are doing 2 for £4. Sorted.
