charlysays 384 Posted February 9 Just started doing this as I wanna do Aida 1&2 freediving course some time this year. Basically I just do a 1 Min breath hold, seated/ static to warm up. Then 2 mins of mild pranayama breathing (i.e not hyperventilating, just slow exhale to slow heart rate), then a 1.40min hold then repeated 3 more times. I do two days on one day off. When I do all four holds comfortably I add on 10 seconds. It's ridiculously relaxing. Unexpected benefit! Gonna start doing some apnea walks after my cardio in the next few weeks. Try it ? hmgs 700 Posted February 10 Wim Hof’s technique is another useful one, too.
