dd1000 11 Posted Wednesday at 08:10 AM Morning all, I'm 43years old and have been self prescribing trt for over a year now. I started using testogel, then added hcg and now I'm on 125mg of sustanon + hcg 3x weekly. My labs are spot on upper range and I feel pretty great. I had started this for my mental health, my levels weren't really very low but I've had fatigue and low mood (mood stability) issues on and off for years and have hypothyroidism. I'd exhausted medical science in getting my thryiods levels bang on and I'm fed up with the roller coaster on antidepressants. Trt just makes me feel good: clear, confident and happy. Anyway, I don't have huge amounts of money so I've been using steroid sources and Medchecks but I'm getting frustrated with trying to find overpriced pharma grade hcg (Sustanon is easy to find and cheap). So I'm thinking about trying to do things legitimately so I can get a prescription. Can anyone direct me to a sympathetic private urologist/endochronologist? And/or has anyone got a similar story and managed to get any success via the nhs? Many thanks, Owain
Philfg 447 Posted Wednesday at 08:19 AM Theres a clinic called tmhc I think. They are down south, they have a fb page too. Think treatments about £100pm for test and hcg. Some of the lads on here have mentioned another firm, think it's called leger, a quick search would find it I'm sure. Sorry not much help, it's still early. Wildkid 648 Posted Wednesday at 08:22 AM You won’t get hcg cheaper than what you can source it for, no one will offer it as a NHS prescription... and even if you do get a private prescription from the likes of a TRT provider you’ll be looking around £40 for it. Pez189 783 Posted Wednesday at 09:13 AM My advice would be just shop around UGLs for decent HCG. It’s Not hard to find if you know where to look or search hard enough. If money is an issue (like you’ve mentioned it is), joining a TRT clinic to source pharma HCG doesn’t make sense. It will come with further costs and on prescription HCG is always going to be more expensive then UGL. How much have you been paying out of interest? Should be £15-25 UGL and you’re looking at £30-40 on prescription (+ clinic costs).

I've not used ugl hcg yet, just pharma grade Pregnyl and Fertigyn. This has been fine so far and cheap enough at around 25quid for 5000iu. But because of covid/lockdowns my usual sources can't get it, so now I'm looking at ugl's for around 35-40quid, I don't have any experience of ugl hcg and I'd rather not use them. I have used ugl sust from ruputable brands with no problem, but I figure test is easier to produce and have read stories of ugl hcg just not doing anything. I'd rather not blow cash on a few months supply of water and useless powder only to have my poor old boys shrivel away ?.. Do you have any experience of ugl hcg? I can get alpha pharma easily enough. Yeah that price for UGL is too much. Of course you risk it being fake as it’s not pharma grade but that’s the risk you take with UGL, same with gear. You can always test HCG with a pregnancy test (although if negative just confirms it’s bunk and you’re unlikely to get a refund from a UGL). I’ve only ever used HCG from UGLs (because didn’t want to pay £40 for it on prescription) , no issues so far. Used pregnyl, puretrig, ovidac, eutrig and probably others I can’t remember.
