Too much?

I've just had a bowl of oats, with a bit of Nutella, peanut butter and almond milk mixed in.  Followed by a bacon and egg roll. 

 

Time to get big!! Chest, shoulders and tri's in a minute!

 

P.S I only like my toast lightly toasted, that's far too overcooked for me bitch.

I’ll have a nice shake in a minute with oats, fruit, vitamins and protein!

End of bulk is February I’m up 13kg already...going well so far!

That looks pretty reasonable to be honest especially if your about to train legs and especially if your squatting
