I've just had a bowl of oats, with a bit of Nutella, peanut butter and almond milk mixed in. Followed by a bacon and egg roll.

Time to get big!! Chest, shoulders and tri's in a minute!

P.S I only like my toast lightly toasted, that's far too overcooked for me bitch.

I'll have a nice shake in a minute with oats, fruit, vitamins and protein!

End of bulk is February I'm up 13kg already...going well so far!
