Trying To Loose Body Fat For 4-6 Weeks

I am trying to loose some extra body fat and cut my calories / moved to mostly whole foods which seems to be working. I can feel my top 2 abs again just dieting for a few weeks. I plan to add in more rowing and maybe some clen just to burn the stubborn fat out, and then lean bulk for 4-6 months after this. 

I am wondering if I increase/decrease carbs, but maintain the lower calories, does it matter? 

My diet looks like this at the moment.

I may swap the potato and kidney beans around, I always add spices, may add a handful of spinach also etc but the base is the below. I also drink apple cider vinegar + ginger + turmeric in the morning. I will train and then eat dinner hence the high carb dinner.
