Bulking cycle or cut

So after a long 3 month stint in the hospital (car crash) I’m just getting back into the gym. My current condition is attached I’ve lost a lot of muscle and gained fat. What do you guys reckon. Bulking cycle or cutting?

Eat in a slight surplus if you've lost gains due to an injury and you can train properly now they should come back pretty quick, don't go mad with calories, just like 200 above maintenance, don't wanna get fat. Im just learning this myself....
