I'm on daily 5mg. Have been for 3 years. 

It's fantastic, stronger erections, pumps in the gym. 

I have tried 10 and 20mg. I'll sometimes take a double dose (10mg) to boost me if I'm away for a weekend and drinking. 

20mg causes me awful headaches and they don't go away for hours.

I take 5mg a day and that's what I've been doing, chopping a 20mg pill into 4.

Just got some vidalista 5mg ones this week and seems weird taking a whole tablet like a grown up lol.

Yep I’m with most of the above I find 10mg every 3rd day is good for me in terms of pretty much sides free and basically I’m rock hard when ever I need it to be , personally find it helps a bit with pump in the gym and also thins the blood a touch helpful on EQ .

just my experience is that I can tolerate it a lot better than viagra

IIRC the half-life is about 72 hours so every 3 days is about right for dosing.

So a single 20mg gave me a headache and stuffy nose...break the pills down to 5mg or so ( roughly ) and dose each day seems a lot more manageable. I can't say it particularly did much for me to be honest but an interesting experiment nonetheless.

If anyone is aware of a drug that can reduce the refractory period then please do let me know as that would be a lot more useful to be honest ;-)

Gives me headache and stuffy nose too. I prefer Viagra over Cialis.
