The NHS will prescribe you up to 60mg per day if you want that?

I take 30mg once or twice a year if I get sciatica.

I thought we was talking sleeping here and not nerve pain but still, your GP should know better

Failing that exercise is great for sleep! Any med will become an addiction at some point if used every day....even if you start at 2mg it’ll soon ramp up.

That's why most GP's only prescribe them for 14 days buddy

You might also be able to get pregabalin off your doc for sleep. I've seen pubmed stuff saying it works for that and reduces night time waking up.

Been on it, and gabapentin, unfortunately neither worked to aid my sleep.

'Back spasms' will usually do the job. Muscle locks up. Naproxen, codeine and diazepam every time.

UKM; the place to go when you want to know how to bullshit your GP into giving you prescription medication.

I used to turn up with crutches!!

One time the doc actually pricked my ass hole with a pin to see if I could feel it!

I just get those "1 a night sleepeze" pills over the counter at pharmacies when melatonin doesn't do the job. Surprisingly effective.

Have you tried Phenergan there 25mg Promethazine 56 tablets for about £7

I mentioned them, they are pretty good with a xanax type feeling after a few hours.
