KyleFZ6 1 Posted September 12, 2020 Hi guys I know I'm skinny fat. I've already lost about 15lbs and I've started to stall just want to know whether I should keep cutting or start a bulk? Bensif 1893 Posted September 12, 2020 This really comes down to what you are most comfortable with. Do you feel better being very lean / defined but smaller, or being a bit fluffy but feeling bigger? Philfg 474 Posted September 12, 2020 Well done on loosing that weight btw. You haven't said if that was diet alone or training? I wouldn't complicate things, do lots of strength training, all the compounds exercises and eat good food. Its a time thing when drugs aren't involved.
