Can I find on the internet an endocrinologist that can help to give valuable advice to run a cycle that you have experience with not to be a scammer?

You don't need the internet to find one mate. Just ask your regular gp. Not many people know this, but if you ask your gp for steroids and cycle advice, he'll give it you for free.

I went to an urologist and he really misguided me.

I was so afraid to start a cycle and I bought test cypionate with primo, but I thought what if they  will have irreversible side effects? 

so I thought it would be better just to ask him about that, and he didn't hesitate he directly prescribed  me nebido 250 with cialis 

and I injected nebido already which in fact made me feel much worse I just feel my testicles are kind of empty for getting no extra strength. 

now I don't know what I am supposed to do to save my cycle with most reversible side effects 

I feel I just need to contact an honest endocrinologist who has experience with steroids abuse to run a good cycle with this s**t that I injected.

Urology and endocrinology are 2 different areas of medical expertise.

A competent urologist would advise against abusing hormones.

A private trt company will prescribe hormones whether you need them or not.

Oh wow, Cyprus is lovely. Went to Ayia Napa about 27 years ago, visited a lot of the south of the island on a moped. There's a guy who lives in Nicosia who could help you out with your training. His name's Stuart McRobert, he's a fairly well known author on weight training / bodybuilding, and he does consultations, maybe you could visit him. He's totally anti steroids though, wouldn't mention those to him.

We are not allowed to go to the southern part of the island. 

I am not a cypriot I am syrian but I am studying there.
