Who can incline bench 100kg+

Yeah, deadlifting is a trigger for my lower back so have to be careful. Anything over 200 is the ‘danger zone’ but I want to go again. 
I’m already quite close to the numbers to be fair.

Managed to
Incline BB 160kgx4  (bench set just above 45deg)

DB shoulder press 60kg x3 and 55kg x12

DL 275kg x1 (was s**t form but can’t complain being 16/17 yo)

Haven’t Flat BB in 2 years, even 60kg feels weird fuckin lol. My hammies/lower back cramp up so forever do incline now. Or slight incline on smith machine

I’m shoulder dominant, it won’t work for everyone but I’m strong on shoulders but really struggle with bench. 
My old training partner would bench 200 but struggled with 100 OHP. If he took time off, his benching would go like this in comparison to mine;

Week 1 100/100

Week 2 140/120

Week 3 160/140

Week 4 180/140

Week 5 180/150 maybe

By maybe week 10 he’d do 200 and I’d probably do 160. He benches BB style like most would do with 60kg(arms flared out) and really is a sight to see as his form doesn’t change when he’s maxing. 
Shoulders on the other hand the rate the weight climbs is opposite.

Your 16 but incline pressing 160 for reps and DLing  near 300kg?

I was more impressed by the shoulder press lol. When I shoulder press the 45kgs people mire, to shoulder press 60s though is another level

Nah, I’m 22 now haha. Just like most I’ve ever lifted.

back when I was 16/17..I hit that dl, no idea how much I weighed but circa 230lbs, maybe less. Also did a 180kg front squat x4 to parallel, using only a belt.

Was 18 when I did the presses.

Moved gym with limited weights, lost little motivation. Not too long pre covid..managed 50kg shoulder press for 21reps iirc. Legit ROM and the 160kg incline.

Can prove dl and press’s to somebody to show its legit, via pm?
