Diet 55 days

hello sports friends,

my name is maluzzo, i am 35 years old and would like to be part of your forums family. Due to unhealthy lifestyle and scarce diabetes, obesity, hypertension, neurodermatitis, lethargy, I got the idea to start an anabolic diet with a training split 1-2 times a week. During the corona period I trained at home with an SZ barbell. I was able to lose over 10 kg with the anabolic diet and I am doing very well. But because I left out carbohydrates, I had very little strength on some days. but no matter i feel like a new person and the women look at me again. I've only been to the gym twice.

Good job! I congratulate you. Especially with diabetes, I know how hard it is. This is what it means, when a person wants, he will do it, despite the conditions. About carbohydrates, you can try incorporating pasta and rice into your diet. It won't affect your diet
