Monsters?

The current Mr O is only 109 kilo and 1.8m tall.

If you want real monsters look at the likes of Brian shaw, Hafthor, Tom stoltman etc....

Big Z was 170kg when he competed.

He does mate. I like that freaky look he deffo brought that to the table I’d love to have seen him irl at his peak to see how huge he was. No homo. Maybe a lil bit

I’m waiting for his ‘training system’ to be released. I’m not even going to waste my time and effort lifting until then.
