How do I cut without losing the muscle mass I already got?

My plan during quarantine is to cut by doing HIT training at home, but I don’t want to lose the muscle mass I already gained in muscle arms. How do I cut but still gain muscle? 

Height: 6’0”

Weight : 170lbs 

Body fat: 14.9%

BMR: 1791 kcal

You can’t. You’d lose muscle when cutting even if the gym was still open. You certainly cannot gain muscle whilst eating in deficit. Steroid users can retain most of their muscle whilst cutting. In some instances steroid users use higher doses of steroids/harsher compounds to defend the muscle they have whilst cutting than they used to build it in the first place.
