Meditation

I meditate daily mate.  I would seriously recommend anyone tries it, there are many proven benefits, reducing stress/cortisol being one, that would help bodybuilding. 

Have a look online and at various apps to pick something that is suited to you, there's loads of different techniques out there, you'll bound to find at least one that works for you.

I started meditation a month ago.

And I am seriously loving it.

I cannot imagine myself without meditation even a single day.

Why did I miss this thing ...!!!

I feel so blessed to have found meditation.

Now I will give equal time to body building and meditation.

I don't use apps myself mate, I don't like the idea of using my phone to medtitate.  But I know there is loads if you search about.  I go to  group once weekly, thats where I learn different techniques which I use at home.
