Just tried a 45 min jog, absolutely fu**ing killed me, heart, joints and feet are f**ked. I have no hope without the gym, and i thought cardio was the easy part

I walked 5 miles at daft o clock around 6am. Tonight I swung a kettlebell around and did some leg and glute complexes in the garden. It felt quite tough strangely, although when in the gym I do  much more. I missed my sled work and tyre flipping, which is my Sunday finisher. I tried flipping my car tyre but....pft....not quite the same.;)

Closed shed went out on motorbike.
