Anyone thought of any fitness master plans yet?

Im going to try some type of cardio tonight then f**k knows what im going todo for resistance the day after.

for cardio im thinking either go for a 45 min jog or bike ride but personally i think that is worst than being at the gym!! Huffing and puffing 45mins straight outside in the effected air!!

I tried some bodyweight exercises this morning and it was bl() () dy hard work and that was just a beginners pushup routine I found on YouTube. 

Havnt got any dbells and Argos is sold out of everything already, my cardio consists of mowing the lawn.
