New member, old dog new tricks

Hi Guys,

Used to be a member years ago on another forum but then ended up living family life etc and fell out of any old routines.

I started boxing recently at a local club which has done wonders for my fitness and have added body weight exercises in between and some intensive but short runs up local hills.

Due to the current ongoing virus issues I have set up my rack and bench and intend to do something like a 5x5, 3 times a week, focusing on compound exercises.

I am 6'5", 103kg and generally not in bad shape, certainly not overweight or look it.

Would be great to keep a  journal if there is an area of the forum available for this?
