Pain in shoulder with bb bench

Its common, and nearly all to do with bad form.

Try moving your grip in a bit, at the bottom of the rep with the bar on your chest your forearm should be vertical and wrist stright.

Also elbows at around 45 degrees out to the side, they dont need to be too wide.

Make sure your bringing the bar down to around lower chest, not too high up.
