What are good bench/deadlift/squat numbers for me?

I 'm 18 years old

5'10

77kg around 16% body fat

I've been going gym for 2-3 months.

What are good, average and bad numbers for me for 1 rep max of the following exercises. Like where should I be at strength wise?

Bench Press

Shoulder Press

Dead Lift

Squat

 

Thanks a lot guys, I just don't know what is good numbers.

How come I am Novice and beginner at some but intermediate at others?

Lots of reasons. Maybe you practice some lifts more than others. Might be a technique issue. Maybe your body type is more suited to some lifts and less to others.

What body type is suited to Bench versus say deadlift and squat?

Short stumpy arms would help with bench but no so much with deadlifts as you would need to bend down more to grab the bar.

I have mild pectus excatvatum would that affect my bench?

I have the exact same thing. Very mild as well.

In short, no it doesn’t affect your bench. Only thing it affects for me is my update photos!

I think makes my pecs look bigger but and lats stick out more but makes my belly look like its hanging out what about u?

Yeah pretty much the same as that mate. Plus I hold the majority of my fat around the belly. Think I’m around 18-19% BF. Front on I don’t like it, so I do the majority of my updates with arms up as it hides it a bit more. With PE the lower the body fat the less it notices. The more BF I hold the more noticeable it is.

Short arms and a broad torso.

The deadlift you want long arms, short torso and short femurs 

squat is the same as the deadlift but obviously arm length is irrelevant.

On left pick you look like u got gyno exactly the same as me, maybe the pectus excavatum is fu**ing up our chests making us look gyno???

Hard to say with Gyno as PE can give the appearance of Gyno.

I haven’t got Gyno but i think in my photos it looks like I have as an example. 

Can get it looked into if you wanted to know for certain

I’m 22 months training and Natty. If I was on PEDs I’d be wanting a refund!
