I came off cycle 7 months ago due to a big injury (not gym related). I feel ready to get back to the gym so got my bloods done to see how my body had recovered.
Is the raised LH and prolactin a cause for concern if I was to start a new cycle?
I do feel like I have developed slight man boobs but that could be from higher than normal body fat.
Should I wait longer or run something along side my cycle?
