Smoothies

Hello everyone :) 

So i have started having just 1 smoothie a day for breakfast so i have blackcurrants , blackberry, raspberry,strawberry ,orange with a bit of apple and mango juice (100% pure not from concentrate) to help it blend better.

Is this okay to have for breakfast? Just i know fruit has tons of sugar in natural i know but sugar is sugar i suppose just dont want it to start making me fat lmao.
