shauny13 200 Posted January 5, 2020 Don't worry about it buddy. Your body is recomping. 2 inches off your waist is excellent, that'll be fat loss. Keep doing what your doing.

I wanted to reach a target of 80 kg. I was thinking of reducing my food intake. I have a training day plan and rest day plan. I worry if I keep reducing food too early then I will be in a deficit too early. If I remove too much too fast then if I hit a plateau it does not leave mu h food to remove 1 Sasnak reacted to this
Sasnak 9480 Posted January 5, 2020 Based on your post you are one of the lucky ones with newbie gains but I’m afraid this will stall if it hasn’t already. Work out your tdee here https://tdeecalculator.net/ Download MyFitnessPal to your phone and track what you eat (free app) Minus 500 calories on tdee should see you lose 1 to 2 lb a week. This rate of weight loss is optimal imo. Adjust calories as required if the weight loss isn’t happening or if it’s exceeding 3 lb a week. Good luck Hussain

I am also experiencing also similar kind of effect but not very significant because I have not lost any inches off my waist but from my thighs, so does that mean I am also on the right track or not? Please advice, I am a little confused.
